As part of our team, you'll manage all aspects of Total Reward for our Senior Executive Team and Vice President population, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Collaborating with Finance and Company Secretary, you'll help align performance with reward strategies and support the Remuneration Committee. Accountabilities:
You will provide total reward consultancy for the executive population, applying analytical insights to identify globally relevant solutions. Participate in local, regional, or global project teams to deliver Reward & Inclusion Centre of Expertise (R&I CoE) and AstraZeneca objectives. Operating within the global reward framework, you'll work across the R&I team to offer seamless partnering services. Provide mentorship and development support to less experienced team members, Human Resources Business Partners, and Managers. Prepare and deliver insights to stakeholders in various formats.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Educated to Degree Level
• Significant experience in reward management and delivery
• Previous experience supporting preparation work for RemCo
• Experience managing reporting required in advance of quarterly LTI grants
• Experience levelling executive roles using the IPE methodology
• Previous experience of executive cohort management
• Experience calculating buy outs for new hires at executive level
• Experience business partnering on complex senior executive hires particularly in the US, UK and Sweden
• Cross-geography reward experience and knowledge
• Demonstrates a high level of interactive communication experience
• Through prior delivery can demonstrate creative thinking and innovation
• Demonstrable ability to investigate and understand complex technical matters quickly
• Understands enterprise drivers and implications for total reward and recognition culture
• Openness to employing AI-enabled tools to support reward analytics, scenario modelling, and insight communication, with a responsible and secure approach to data usage
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Formal Reward Postgraduate Qualification
• Benefits management and delivery experience
• Is confident and proactive in the adoption of new/innovative digital tools to foster simplification, to share evidence and findings using digital methods
